She teaches women how to fit fitness into their day to be consistent and helps the achieve ultimate strength and body confidence through workouts, mindset and nutrition. She also runs a local studio with her husband, Dan, in Charleston, SC. Kindal is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.
