After suffering a miscarriage, and then struggling for years with ovarian cysts, thyroid issues, and yo-yo dieting, I knew there had to be a better way.
When I started to dive in, I found most of the nutrition, health and weight loss information in the main stream media is researched on and works best for men.

Module 1: Nutrition Basics for Women - learn the basics of nutrition specific to women. Most nutrition and diet recommendations are researched on and work best for men. In this module you will learn what nutrient needs are specifically for women. You will also receive my high protein & fat bomb recipe book to incorporate additional delicious recipes.
Module 2: How to Eat for Your Cycle - learn how to match your nutrition to your cycle with whole foods and the benefits of doing so. Complete with a 28 day meal guide that is flexible, and easy to implement.
Module 3: Track your Cycle - learn how to track and determine where you are in your cycle. If you don't get a regular period, or are unsure of where you are in your cycle this section will give you specifics on figuring this out.
Module 4: Exercise for your Cycle -learn how to structure workouts around your hormones to enhance and optimize your body's fat burning properties. You will receive specific workouts for each phase of your cycle that can be done at home or in the gym.
Module 5: Expectations - learn what realistic expectations are for your body. Most women give up on programs when they are given unrealistic expectations for what they can achieve. In this section I will help you set realistic goals to help you stick with it.
Module 6: Mindset - we are taking a deep dive into mindset around nutrition and dieting for women. Allowing you to change and shift to what's realistic for women.
