You will receive meal guides that are laid out meal by meal along with grocery lists to take the thinking out of it! The meals are designed to be family friendly so you aren't cooking separate meals. Easily make swaps with foods you prefer!
Access our private Facebook group with other women who will be starting on the same journey as you! Along with the info you will be receiving via email, I will be sharing more recipes, information, tip & tricks and so much more in this group. It's also a great place to ask for support, get questions answered, and share successes!
We will be working together for 12 Weeks to make sure you are successful, and comfortable with your new lifestyle! Tweaking things to make it easier and easier as we go!
