I'm a Functional Medicine Practitioner, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, best-selling author, and a passionate advocate for women's health and hormone balance. I believe that when women understand their hormones, they unlock the power to transform their health. After struggling with ovarian cysts and bouncing from doctor to doctor, I was told birth control was my only option.
