Fill Out the Questionnaire
Fill out the questionnaire to determine which test is right for you. Once filled out we will send you an email with more information on ordering your test.
Once ordered, we will ship the test directly to your house for you to take.
Take the Test
Once you receive the test you will find a pamphlet with all of the information you need to know on taking the test.
Take your time, read through the information and prep to take the test.
Once complete, you will mail the test back.
Schedule Your Consult
Once we receive your test results back we will contact you to set up your 60 minute consult with one of our Doctors.
At that time we will go through your results and make recommendations for you going forward.
