Your 6-Month
Program Roadmap

A comprehensive, data-driven journey to hormonal and gut restoration

This is a preview of what your six months inside the program will look like — the phases, the milestones, the testing timeline, and the level of support you can expect from beginning to end.

DR. BETH WESTIE

Welcome

A different kind of program

Most women arrive at our door after years of being handed generic advice, unread lab results, or a bottle of supplements with no explanation of why they need it. Our program is built for the opposite experience.

Over the next six months, you will be tested comprehensively, interpreted thoroughly, supported consistently, and retested to prove that what we did actually worked. Nothing about this process is guesswork, and nothing is left for you to figure out on your own.

"You will have a practitioner who orders the right tests, interprets every marker, builds your protocol on data, monitors your progress, and adjusts as your body responds. You are no longer flying blind."

What's Different Here

Data-Driven

Every recommendation is built on your own comprehensive lab results — not a template, not a guess.

Continuously Monitored

Check-in calls every three weeks throughout the entire program. You are never left to wait and wonder.

Phased & Sequenced

Foundational systems are supported before downstream pathways. The order matters — and we honor it.

Proven, Not Assumed

Comprehensive retesting at the end shows you in data exactly what has changed in your body.

Your Testing Plan

Chosen for you — not applied to everyone

There is no single test that tells the whole story of a body, and no two women arrive with the same story. That is why your testing plan is built specifically around what your intake, symptoms, history, and goals tell us needs to be looked at.

During your onboarding, your practitioner will determine which combination of tests will give us the clearest, most useful picture of what is actually driving your symptoms — and what will give us the most meaningful data to compare against at the end of your program.

Tests That May Be Included

Depending on your individual case, your testing plan may draw from any combination of the following categories:

Comprehensive Hormone Testing Hormonal, neurochemical, and metabolic mapping
Gut & Digestive Health Testing Microbial, immune, and digestive assessment
Adrenal & Stress Response Testing Cortisol patterns and stress recovery capacity
Blood Work & Nutrient Panels Deficiencies, inflammation markers, metabolic health
Genetic & Methylation Testing How your body processes and clears key compounds
Food Sensitivity Testing Immune-mediated food reactions
Thyroid Panels Full thyroid function beyond a standard reading
Additional Targeted Testing As clinically indicated based on your presentation
Your specific testing plan will be selected and explained during onboarding, so you know exactly what is being run, why, and what we expect it to tell us.

Your Program at a Glance

Three testing checkpoints, ongoing support in between

Testing Timeline

Checkpoint When Purpose
Baseline Testing Month 1 A selected panel of tests, chosen for your case, that establishes a full picture of where your body is starting.
Mid-Point Check Around Month 4 A smaller, targeted test to see how your body is responding to the protocol and where adjustments are needed.
Full Retesting Months 5–6 Comprehensive retest of your baseline panels to confirm what has shifted and inform your long-term maintenance plan.

Call Schedule

Week-by-Week

A clear view of every milestone from start to finish
Timeline What Happens
Week 1 Intake call completed. Your personalized testing plan is finalized and kits are ordered and shipped. Foundational lifestyle and nervous system practices begin immediately.
Weeks 2–3 At-home test collection completed according to your specific protocol and timing. First check-in call. Symptom tracking begins.
Weeks 4–5 Lab results return. Full interpretation session(s) for each test that was run. Your personalized Phase 1 protocol is delivered.
Weeks 6–8 Phase 1 protocol underway. Continued check-in calls every 3 weeks. Symptom shifts often begin — sleep, energy, and mood are typically first.
Weeks 9–12 Phase 2 begins. Protocol refinements based on symptom response. The next layer of support is introduced as foundational systems stabilize.
Weeks 13–16 Mid-point check-in test collected and reviewed. Continued protocol adjustments. Additional targeted testing if clinically indicated.
Weeks 17–20 Phase 3 begins. Full retesting begins. First retest results reviewed with side-by-side baseline comparison. Nutrition and protocol adjustments follow.
Weeks 21–24 Phase 4. Remaining retest results reviewed. Full comparison call — baseline vs. retest across every panel that was run. Long-term maintenance protocol delivered. Transition plan and next steps outlined.
Check-in calls happen every 3 weeks — start to finish.
You are never more than 21 days from your next touchpoint.

The Four Phases

Sequential, not simultaneous. Order matters.
Phase 1
Foundation
Months 1–2  |  Testing, assessment, and initial protocol design

The first two months are dedicated to seeing the full picture of what is happening in your body. Your personalized baseline panel is collected, interpreted line by line, and used to build a protocol that is genuinely yours. By the end of this phase, you will understand exactly what your results are showing, why you feel the way you feel, and what we are doing about it and in what order.

You'll receive: Full interpretation session(s) for every test run, your personalized Phase 1 protocol, initial nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and access to the resource library.

Phase 2
Repair
Months 3–4  |  Targeted support and refinement

This is where the foundation begins to produce noticeable shifts. Sleep often improves first. Energy and mood follow. Symptoms typically ease as the internal environment rebuilds. Protocol adjustments are made based on how your body is responding — supplements may be added, removed, cycled, or adjusted. Nothing sits static.

You'll receive: Ongoing check-in calls, protocol refinements, nutrition updates, a mid-point check-in test, and any additional targeted testing if clinically indicated.

Phase 3
Rebuild & Reassess
Month 5  |  Retesting and confirmation

Retesting begins. Results are compared side-by-side to your baseline. This is not a formality — it is objective proof of what has changed and where any remaining support is needed. If healing has progressed, we can accelerate. If pockets remain, we catch them here rather than guessing.

You'll receive: Full retest interpretation with direct baseline comparison, protocol adjustments based on updated data, and expanded nutrition guidance.

Phase 4
Restore & Transition
Month 6  |  Final retesting and long-term plan

The final round of retesting is completed and reviewed. Every marker that told the story of depletion at baseline is remeasured. You will see the change in data, not just feel it in your body. From there, we build your long-term maintenance plan together — what to continue, what to taper, what to monitor, and what continued support looks like.

You'll receive: Complete journey review across every panel run, personalized maintenance protocol, and a clear transition plan forward.

What's Included

Everything you need for six months of guided restoration

Personalized Testing Plan

A combination of advanced functional tests selected specifically for your case — not a one-size-fits-all panel.

Full Interpretation Sessions

Every marker reviewed in detail. No mystery, no hand-waving. You will understand your own results.

Personalized Protocol

Built from your data, phased over time, and adjusted based on how your body responds — not a template.

Check-Ins Every 3 Weeks

Consistent monitoring throughout the entire six months. Adjustments are made in real time, not months from now.

Mid-Point & Final Retesting

Two rounds of retesting to prove — in data — what has changed and to inform your long-term plan.

Resource Library

Educational materials, guides, and tools you can access throughout the program and reference at any time.

Monthly Group Calls

Live monthly calls for continued education, shared experience, and community support.

Private Community

A peer support space with live videos, educational threads, and connection with others walking the same path.

Between-Call Access

If something feels off between calls, you reach out. You do not wait. Someone is watching.

Monthly Progress Journal

A structured tracking tool that turns your lived experience into data we can act on before the labs confirm it.

Long-Term Maintenance Plan

You do not leave at Month 6 with nothing. You leave with a clear roadmap for maintaining what we built.

Practitioner Guidance Throughout

Someone is watching your case from beginning to end — not just at the beginning and the end.

What to Expect

A realistic view of the journey

In the first 4–8 weeks

You should begin noticing shifts — often in sleep, energy, or mood. The changes are typically subtle at first and then progressively more obvious. If we are not seeing movement, we adjust. We do not wait and hope.

By months 3–4

Foundational shifts often become undeniable. Sleep quality, digestive symptoms, cycle regularity, mood stability, and energy consistency are the areas most commonly reported to improve during this window. Your mid-point test helps confirm what your body is telling us.

By months 5–6

The retests confirm what your body has been telling you. You see, in data, the internal architecture that has been rebuilt. You leave the program with results, a maintenance roadmap, and the knowledge to sustain them.

What This Program Is Not

  • It is not a quick fix or a crash protocol.
  • It is not a bag of supplements handed to you on day one.
  • It is not a template applied to every woman who walks through the door.
  • It is not a "figure it out on your own" program with occasional check-ins.

It is a fully-monitored, fully-personalized, fully-guided six-month process built to produce durable, measurable change.

Your Role in This Process

This program works because it is a partnership. You show up to your calls. You complete your monthly journals. You follow your protocol. You communicate when something feels off. In return, you receive a level of clinical attention that most women have never experienced from any practitioner.

You are not doing this alone anymore.
